# How do I ask Hero to do league tasks?

> Worked examples of what Hero can look up and propose for your league, and what it will hand back to you.

<Note>
  **Must know**

  * Open Hero with the button or **⌘J** / **Ctrl+J**, and type in **Ask about your club…**. Name the league if you run more than one.
  * Questions are answered at once; changes come back as a proposal card to **Confirm**.
  * Hero cannot send email on your behalf unless you also hold club-wide communication rights — use **Email the league** in the portal for that.
</Note>

What Hero can look up for a league you run:

* **Roster** — everyone registered, or filtered: not yet on a team, still owing, play-with requests, the sub list.
* **Games** — the schedule, unplayed games, games missing a result, games for one team or between two dates.

What Hero can propose:

* **Generate the schedule** — the round robin, previewed before anything is written.
* **Move a game** to another date, time or sheet, showing any clash.
* **Add a game** — a playoff, make-up or exhibition.
* **Reschedule or rename a whole draw.**
* **Create teams** — assemble the declared teams from signups, or draw balanced teams.
* **Enter or change a result** — a win, tie, forfeit or clear, with ends won.

Example prompts: *"Who in Tuesday Night Mixed isn't on a team?"* · *"List last week's games with no result."* · *"Generate the schedule for the Thursday league."* · *"Move the 8:45 game on sheet 2 on Oct 14 to Oct 21."* · *"Team Larsen beat Team Chan 6–2 on sheet 1 last night."*

While Hero works you see **Hero is thinking…**. Conversations are kept — **Conversations** lists them, **New conversation** starts fresh.
