# How do I show staff on the Team page?

> Choose which staff appear on your public Team page, with a photo, title and bio, from Website → Team.

<Note>
  **Must know**

  * The public `/team` page only appears when **Team** is switched on under **Website → Pages**.
  * Everyone on your staff list is listed here automatically, but new people start **Hidden**. Nobody appears publicly until you switch them to **Visible**.
  * A visible person must have a **Title**; saving is refused otherwise ("Every visible team member must have a title before saving.").

**Website → Team** opens the **Team Highlights** screen: "Toggle visibility and customize how each team member appears on your public website."

  <Step title="Pick who appears">
    Flip the **Visible / Hidden** switch on each person you want on the page.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Fill in their card">
    Give each visible person a **Title** (the placeholder suggests "e.g. Head Coach, Program Director..." — for a curling club that might be President, Ice Technician or League Convenor) and a **Bio**. Under **Team Photo**, click **Upload Photo** (under 10 MB; it is cropped to portrait, with **Re-crop** and **Remove photo** available).

    Click **Set Order**, drag people into order in **Set Team Order**, then **Save Order**. Finish with **Save Changes**.

The **Show Certifications** switch adds each person's recorded certifications to their card.
