# How do I view a league's sub list?

> Open the Subs tab on a league to see, add, edit, export or remove the curlers available to fill in.

<Note>
  **Must know**

  * The tab appears on a league only when its **Spares list** switch is on and you have access — club-wide for anyone holding full access, *members.view* or *training.edit*, and per league for that league's manager. Financial-only staff (Treasurer) do not see it.
  * The tab label follows your terminology setting: **Subs** or **Spares**.
  * Curlers join from the league's public page, and staff can add or edit a row for them — see [How do I add or edit a curler on a league's sub list?](/club/spares-and-free-agents/how-do-i-add-or-edit-a-curler-on-a-leagues-sub-list).
  * **Export CSV** is this league; **Export all leagues** is every league's list you can see, in one file.
  * Also available in the classic view as the **Sub Listing** screen.

  <Step title="Open the league">
    Go to **Registrations → Leagues** and open the league. Click the **Subs** tab (or **Spares**).

  <Step title="Read the list">
    Columns are **Curler**, **Contact** (email and phone), **Positions** (**Any** when none were chosen) and **Notes**. A curler who has switched themselves off carries a **Not available** badge. If nobody has signed up yet the tab reads "No subs yet — curlers with a profile can flag their availability on the public league page."

  <Step title="Export, edit or remove">
    **Export CSV** downloads Name, Email, Phone, Available, Preferred positions, Delivery hand and Comments; **Export all leagues** adds a League column and covers every league. The pencil (**Edit sub**) changes a row's availability, positions and comment; **Add sub** types in a curler. The trash icon (**Remove from sub list**) asks "Remove \{name} from the sub list?" and deletes the row.

The staff list includes curlers who are not available (with the badge); the public list shows only available curlers.

In the classic view the **Sub Listing** screen has **Select a League**, **All Positions** and **All Members** filters, columns for Name, Phone, Preferred Positions, Delivery Hand, Comments and Email, **New**, **Edit** and a bulk **Delete** on ticked rows, and an **Export to Excel** link — which, with no league selected, exports every league.
