> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://docs.uplifter-curling.com/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # How do I find a member? > Search and filter the Member Directory, read its columns, and use the row actions. **Must know** * The default status filter shows Active, Trial and Graduated curlers, so **Inactive** members are hidden until you change the **Status** filter. * There is no export button here. Use the club reports **Current Members Extract to CSV/Excel** under Reports. * Reading the directory needs *members.view*; deleting or merging needs *members.delete*. **Members → Directory** is headed **Member Directory** — "Manage your club's curlers, levels, and group assignments." Type in **Search members...** to find someone by name. The **Filter** popover narrows by **Level**, **Status**, **Program** and **Membership**, with **Clear filters** to reset. Columns: Member, Level, Status, Login, Member #, Federation #, Programs, Memberships, Parent/Guardian. A table/grid toggle changes the layout. Row actions: **View Profile**, **Edit Details**, **View Attendance**, **Contact Parent**, **Grant portal access**, **Delete Member**. Above the table, **Email these curlers** opens the campaign wizard for the filtered list, and **Add Member** offers **Manual Entry** or **Invite via Email**. Duplicates: select exactly two rows and click **Merge selected**; the dialog also offers **Flag for later** when first name, last name and birth date match.
