# What is the club dashboard?

> The admin home page, the sidebar sections, and the Cmd+K command palette every club administrator uses.

<Note>
  **Must know**

  * The dashboard lives on your club's admin address (`admin.` in front of the platform host). Signing in with any admin permission lands you here; someone whose only job is running specific leagues is sent to the League Portal instead.
  * From another portal (the Members Portal, for example), choose **Admin** in the menu under your name at the bottom of the left-hand sidebar. It shows for anyone with a club-wide access level, not only full administrators. People who run a league get **League Portal** there; someone who only runs specific leagues gets just that, since the dashboard would send them to the portal anyway.
  * The sidebar and the ⌘K palette show only the pages your access level can open, among the features enabled for your club. If a menu entry is missing, either the feature is off (ask a superadmin) or your access level does not include that page (ask a club administrator).
  * Also available in the classic view: the classic home shows **Today's Ice Bookings**, **Today's Scheduled Games** and **Yesterday's Scheduled Games**, like the old CCM admin home.
</Note>

The dashboard home is the first page you see after signing in. In the new view it has three parts:

* A **Getting Started** panel that lists setup items still to do — **Set up payments**, **Invite team members**, **Create a season**, **Create a registration category**, **Set up skill levels** (when Skill Levels is enabled), **Set up waivers**, **Create a program**, **Customize your website** and so on — with a **\{n} remaining** badge until it reads **All set! Setup complete.**
* A row of nine KPI tiles — **Collected**, **Accrued**, **Combined revenue**, **Leagues**, **Bonspiels** (bonspiels starting this season), **Products**, **Orders**, **Registrations** and **Profiles**. Each tile links to the filtered list behind the number; **Bonspiels** opens the bonspiel list.
* A **Today's Ice** card showing today's draws and bookings per sheet in your club's timezone, with a **Full day grid** link to the full Today's Ice page and a **Program calendar** link for this month's sessions and events. If your club has no ice sheets yet it says **No ice sheets or bookable rooms yet — add them under Facilities.**

The sidebar on the left is grouped into sections — **Members**, **Registrations**, **Communication**, **My Organization**, **Website**, **Store** (when enabled), **Financials**, **Reports**, **Usage** and **Settings**. One section is open at a time.

Each entry appears only if your club has its feature **and** your access level holds a permission that page accepts, so a role sees only what it can open. A full administrator sees every enabled entry. Some examples with the starter access levels:

* **Treasurer** — all of **Financials** and **Reports**, **Proxy Registration**, the **Store** and **Point of Sale**, plus the member and league lists. No Website, Communication, My Organization, Usage or Settings.
* **Curling Communications** — all of **Communication** and **Website**, **Today's Ice**, **Club reports** and the **Events Portal**, plus the member and league lists. No Financials, Store or Settings.
* **Volunteer Coordinator** — **Members → Volunteers** and all of **Communication**; under Website only **Form Submissions** and **Newsletters**. No Financials or Settings.
* **League convenor** — only **Dashboard** in the admin sidebar; their menu is the [League Portal](/club/get-set-up/what-is-the-league-portal).

The **Events Portal** access point needs an events or communication permission, and **Point of Sale** needs a permission to take payments. The way back from each portal (**Back to Dashboard** in the Events Portal, **Admin Dashboard** in Point of Sale and in the coach portal) lands on this dashboard. While your public site is a frozen copy of your old website, the **Website** section shows only **General** and **Form Submissions**. Above the sections sit the club switcher and a **Search...** box that filters the menu as you type.

The fastest way around is the command palette: press **⌘K** (Mac) or **Ctrl+K** and type a page name, a member, a program or an action such as **New Member**, **New Program**, **Switch Organization** or **Logout**. Matching is word-by-word against labels, keywords and URLs, so "gl codes" finds Ledgers.
