# How do I check email usage?

> Usage → Email shows how many emails your club has sent this month against its plan allowance, plus open and click rates.

  **Must know**

  * The count covers campaign, League Email and newsletter sends. Receipts and other transactional emails are not counted.
  * If your plan sets no allowance, sending is unlimited. If it does and no overage rate is set, a send that would exceed it is refused: "Email limit reached. You've used X of Y emails this month."
  * The **Usage** section is hidden from the sidebar in the classic (CCM-look) view; switch to the new view to see it.

Go to **Usage → Email**. The page, headed **Email Communications**, shows four tiles: **Emails Sent** (with "of \{count} included this month" when the plan has an allowance), **Avg. Open Rate**, **Avg. Click Rate** and **Campaigns** ("\{count} completed"). Below is a **Recent Campaigns** list.

The tiles are built from the same data as **Communication → Email Campaigns**, so a club without the Email Campaigns feature sees no figures here.
