Start here, follow the link. ## Where is my Team Score Sheet? On the league's **Draws** tab in the new look: **Print score sheets**, pick the **Score sheet date**, and one sheet prints per game on that date. → [Where did Games and Generate Games go?](/ccm/what-changes/where-did-games-and-generate-go) ## Why does the signup total show tax? Because **Financials → Taxes & Fees → Who pays the sales tax?** is set to **Customer pays** — "Tax appears as a separate line item at checkout." Choose **Organization pays (tax-inclusive pricing)** to hide it: "Prices include tax. Tax does not appear at checkout, but you still owe it." Either way, the total at Confirm is the total charged. → [Business rules](/product/business-rules) ## Why can't a coach use the till? The POS checkout needs the **financials.create** permission. Give the front desk an Access Level that has it. On the member's profile, **Payment Info** — the season's payments numbered #1, #2 and so on, with CCM's slots rendered from the imported invoice. Yes. `index.php?option=com_curling&view=…` and the admin `task=…` links redirect to the new page; a link to one league section (Games, Points, Teams, Subs…) opens that section's **Select a League** screen in the classic view, and Community Builder, signup-form and waiver admin links open Profile fields, the Registration form builder and Waivers. → [Do my old Joomla links still work?](/ccm/classic-view/do-joomla-links-still-work) ## Is registration open as soon as we move? Yes. Every league that was on CCM's signup and not marked full arrives open, and takes registrations as soon as the domain points at the new site. A league CCM marked full shows as **FILLED** in the wizard. If you want registration closed until you announce it, close those leagues before the domain moves. → [What happens on cutover day?](/ccm/your-migration/the-cutover-in-plain-words) ## Why did a member's registration disappear? It was booked at Confirm and not paid in time. An imported club books registrations at **Confirm**, as CCM did, and releases an unpaid booking after **7 days**: the invoice is cancelled and the seat goes back. CCM showed the same warning but never deleted the entry. Open bookings are on **UnConfirmed League Signups** with a **Released If Unpaid** date. Change the number of days, or turn it off, under **Settings → Club Settings → Book registrations at Confirm**. → [How do I let members book at Confirm and pay later?](/club/registration-and-signup/how-do-i-let-members-book-at-confirm-and-pay-later) ## Why can my Volunteer Coordinator run some club reports but not others? Each club report has its own permission. **View Financials** opens all 26, as before; **View Members** opens the roster, contact and data-check lists; **View Volunteers** opens the volunteer reports. Anything showing money or a paid/unpaid verdict stays with View Financials, and so does **Email on a schedule**. → [Who can see reports?](/club/reports/who-can-see-reports) ## Why is the member directory empty? **Member Search** shows nothing until **Settings → Club Settings → Enable the directory** is on, with **Show email**, **Show phone** and **Show city** as you choose. The league is in points mode and its round × division has no points row. Add the row on **League Setup** — "result entry refuses games whose \{round}/\{division} has no points row." → [Where did the Points grid go?](/ccm/what-changes/where-did-points-go) ## Where do I flip everyone to "not current" for the new season? You don't. Memberships are dated records against a season; last season's stop counting when their window ends. By decision: the convenor of a league sees that league's list, and only that one. → [What is intentionally different from CCM?](/ccm/deliberate-differences/deliberate-differences) ## Where did my early-bird price go? Back on the membership type, where CCM kept it. In the classic **Edit Membership Type** form it is **Discount Amount** and **Discount End Date**; in the new look, the **Early-bird discount** panel on each instance under **Members → Memberships**. It is applied automatically and shows as its own line at Confirm. Percentage discounts were not imported — re-create them under **Financials → Discounts**. → [Where did Membership Types go?](/ccm/what-changes/where-did-membership-types-go) ## Why do my staff see the old-looking screens, and my members don't? After a migration the club default is the classic view, and it applies to staff on the dashboard — admins, convenors, finance, anyone with a club role. Any of them can press **✨ Try the new look**; their choice sticks. Passwords did not migrate. Members press **Send sign-in code**. → [How do members log in after the move?](/ccm/your-migration/logging-in-after-migration) ## Why are all my web pages drafts? Every imported page arrives unpublished so nobody ships converted pages unseen. Publish them under **Website → Club Pages**. If your public site is being served as an exact copy of your old website, the builder — Club Pages included — is hidden until you choose **Switch to the new website builder** on **Website → General**. → [What does my website look like after the import?](/ccm/your-migration/your-website-after-import) ## Where is Hero, or payment plans, or gift cards? Off for a CCM club until a superadmin enables them under **Settings → Features**. → [Feature overview](/product/feature-overview) ## My schedule word is "Draw" and there is a Draws tab — which is which? The **Draws** tab is ice time (a date, a time, the sheets). Your **Draw** as a schedule segment is what CCM called a round, and it appears in League Setup, the points grid and the standings tabs.
